Small Chops: Quick thoughts of mine
It is easy to get carried away with the dealings of the day that they become the dealings of the week, soon they become the dealings of the month and before you know it, it’s “Happy New Year!”
Yes, one must get on with the things that need to be done, but it’s important not to lose yourself in the daily dealings and doings of life.
With so much going on for me, I’m having to remind myself that it’s important to still be me in it all.
“It” includes being,
A Daughter
A Sister
A Friend
An Employee
In all these things that require my attention, I must remember to still be me. The me God created me to be. “Me” includes,
A child of God
A Writer via this blog
A Creative
An Explorer
Neither “it” nor “me” should suffer because one is given more attention than the other, instead I am to have my life balanced by the One who has me securely in His grasp.
This balance is experienced by having faith and trusting God.
