Young, Single and Christian: Get Over It

I don’t know why I keep doing this and by ‘this’ I mean procrastinating. I should have learnt my lesson by now but stupidly I keep doing the same thing. This particular topic has been nudging and tugging at me for over a week. Actually, that would be putting it lightly. This topic has been burning me and although I’ve had conversations with myself about it, I haven’t done what I’m supposed to do with it. Write about it. So, here it goes.

This post is for all the young, single, Christians (and non-Christians) who are fed up of being asked or told, “Have you got a boy/girlfriend yet?”, “When will you marry?”, “We will do your own wedding!” This to my absolute chagrin, are questions/statements asked way too many times; often insensitively, unnecessarily and always borderline offensive.
